Automatic Baggers: The TUCS MOBILE FORM/FILL/SEAL SMALL FRAME PACKAGING MACHINE significantly reduces packaging labor and material costs. The Tucs vertical form-fill-seal is a simple, accurate, and easy to operate machine which forms a flexible lay-flat pouch that uses a film roll.
Mobile Pump Fill Stations: The TUCS MOBILE PUMP FILLERS provide rapid and precision metering of pumpable products from a kettle into casings or pouches and hermetically seals lay-flat pouches with a heat sealer. Repeatable volumes are adjusted utilizing a precision lead screw.

Ice Builder Replacement: The Tucs TEIBR-VAR heat exchanger is a small footprint, round, insulated tank that has internal refrigeration coils. It is designed to replace an ice builder. Water can be pumped through the tank and chilled to 33 to 35 degrees and used for cooling product in a chiller, or the tank can chill glycol and then be pumped to a glycol/water heat exchanger for cooling product in a chiller.
